Technical Data on the Procedure

1. The data for the HOT RUBBER Match can be downloaded from the home page or obtained per ISDN or e-mail (ZIP file) from DOETSCH GRETHER AG. The data can only be read by an Apple Macintosh. The document is a four-up on size DIN A3.
2. Please do not send us film that has not been exposed according to this document.
3. When you send us data, please convert them to the following programmes we use: Photoshop 5.0, Illustrator 7.0, Freehand 9.0 and Quark Xpress 4.0.
4. The text passages marked with xxx must be replaced with expiry date (hourglass), batch number (LOT sign) and exact desciption of contents. You will receive these data from DOETSCH GRETHER AG after we have received a written order from you.
5. The font, including the CE sign, can be altered in colour (two colours maximum with Euroscala or in special colours) but must clearly be in contrast with the background colour. Please take overcrowding into consideration with regard to font changes. In case of use of black font on coloured background, please adjust to "overprint".
6. The font size, as well as the font type (excluding the CE sign) may be altered. However, the font must be legible and must not be less than font size 5 pt.
7. The line EN 600:1996 must not be altered.
8. Alteration or shifting of mandatory texts are permissible only with previous written consent from DOETSCH GRETHER AG.
9. In case the mandatory text is printed on white background, then it must consist of 2 colours (Euroscala) maximum or must be laid out in special colours.
10. The registration marks must be exposed to light in a four-colour extract.
11. The template must not be exposed to light.
12. Please use a margin of 3 mm. We can only print in a 60 screen maximum.
13. In addition to the film, a binding colour print must also be sent. No 4c Digiprint can render 100% colour accuracy. Should 100% colour accuracy with a 4c Euroscala print be desired, then we request you either send a print with colour scale as a prototype for the printer or commission one from us.
14. Pantone colours will be charged extra (a single charge of € 25 per colour).
